Top Display Solutions to Get Your Business Noticed

Updated on July 12, 2015

If you own a small business, chances are you do not have a big marketing or advertising budget. You might say it’s just enough to get your biz noticed. But are your efforts really fruitful? When trying to get the most out of your advertising dollars, you really need to look for the most cost-effective ways to promote your business. The one area that you should really try is display advertising.

What is it, anyway? Only one of the most effective ways to showcase what you've got, that's what! Use them at trade shows and expos, schools, museums, parties or corporate events, at your store, shopping centers, and even just around the corner near you.

However, for your display to be really effective it must be of great quality. For instance, are the colors vibrant enough to be noticed from a distance? The same thing goes with the image or text printed on it. There’s no use having a display in an open area if people will have to come really close just to see what’s on it. The fabrics or materials should also be good, otherwise they can easily fade or get ripped. You’ll want your display to be reusable, right?

So to help you get started, here are some of the top sign or display products that can help put your business in the minds of your target customers.

1. Media Walls

Are you sponsoring a red carpet event? Perhaps joining an exhibition? Then you will surely benefit from having a media wall. It can serve as a backdrop where guests can take their photos. You can also print your products or logo on a media wall to showcase your business during any event, but mostly during trade shows.

Bigger is better when it comes to media walls otherwise your set up will go unnoticed. Also, make sure it is portable and very easy to put up so you will not have much trouble during the event.

2. Logo Printed Table Cloths

If you’re really on a tight budget, then this is one display solution you can afford. Just have your logo printed on a table cloth and you’re ready for any event, be it a press conference or a trade exhibit. Table cloths come in many sizes but the most common ones are 4ft, 6ft, and 8ft long.

Just make sure yours is in full color and that the printing used will not easily fade. Look for printers that use the dye sublimation process.

3. Outdoor Flags and Banners

Let the wind help you promote your business by making your custom flags and banners wave. These are great display items during any outdoor event, especially if it’s at the beach, a parking lot, or any open area. It’s hard for people to ignore a flag or banner waving at them.

Choose a flag post that does not easily rust since it will be exposed to the elements for a prolonged period of time. Look for one with an aluminum support.

4. Pull Up Banner Stands

If you're setting up your display in a cramp place, then your best bet is to use a pull-up banner stand. You simply place the base of the banner stand anywhere you prefer, pull it up and you’re done. It’s that easy.

Get one that uses the dye sublimation printing process so your images or logo will stay vibrant and fresh even if exposed to sun and rain.

5. Brochure Racks

This is really useful if you’re participating in any trade show or exhibition. Of course you will have some brochures printed, detailing all the information your customer will need to know about your products or services. And unless you’re going to stand up the whole day handing out your brochures or flyers, it is best to have a brochure rack. Just make sure it displays your company logo prominently.

Pick one with as many mesh panels as possible to hold the most number of brochures or leaflets.

Let’s Get Loud!

When it comes to getting your business noticed, quality is the name of the game. That being said, your display solutions should have outstanding graphics that really shout out your business. They’re inexpensive, very easy to set up, and will last for a very long time. Now that’s a wise business move indeed.
