I met a boy in a VISA office and asked him if he is going out of the country for higher education.He said no I have a Job and am going to join a M N C and would like to work out side our country.I knew he had a masters in computers but had no experience.so I asked him if he did not get a job in India.He said I got a job but the salary was not good.and the company was too far from my place of residence.Another boy said he was going for higher studies a PhD in English.I was not sure if there was a university that was offering a PhD in English.That the present day boys still prefer to go abroad for work or higher education is only to see the world and not spend their time in their country which is a most corrupted country or the Scam Nation of the world.There is also another aspect that these youngsters feel not very independent in their homes living with their parents.Not having any social life or an adventures like that they hear from friends who are in foreign countries.

Every college in India is awarding a degree in computer engineering and students who have this degree very easily get a Masters in Computer Engineering.No sooner they get this masters they are hired by Indians who are agents in supplying talented soft ware engineers by some arrangement with small,medium and big company's to send man power with out the real employers giving them any salary.The salary is paid by the agents who get lump sum amount of their man power sent on hire by the agents.These agents keep up to 20 such talented boys and girls under them and make them work in several company's from salary's as low as $3000 PM after deducting from the amount they get starting from 10%,20%,30%,40% and 50% from the company's that hire these agents talents the amount these agents take from an individual depends on the nature of work they do.They are sure blood suckers from these boys as long as the boys are dumb but they soon understand that their money is going to a head hunter makes them get away and soon another dumb head joins in his place.
