5. Stay home from work when.

6.sleep and relaxation is a must.

Dealing with Your problems

1.Going to a counselor or a psychological about how you are feeling inside.

2.Say no responsibilities you can't handle.

3.write down your innermost thoughts.,

4.eliminate things that is stressful in your life.

1. Contact family members and friends when a problem occurs.

2. Be kind and love yourself the most.

3.Cry at times it may be good for you.

4.Try to laugh daily.

5.always Communicate with your children.

Spiritually

1. Pray and meditate to the good Lord.

2. Cherish your hopes thoughts and dreams.

3. Try to nurture yourself and your friends.

4. Talk to others to avoid loneliness.

5. Always have faith.
