without discussing the same with the flat clause contradicts a clause in the agreement of sale.this is a vital clause and hence some flat purchasers declined to sign it.the promoter refuses to amend this .this was 12 yrs ago.there is therefore no housing entity and no office bearers etc.common expenses are met thru funds collected from the flat purchasers.One person in the condo holds about 48% shares as per the deed of declaration .on being approached by the non-signatories he agreed to amend the bye-law.we ie the non signatories plan to give 14 days notice and hold a
