Good question. My first response is to say, begin by listening to what's happening around you at work. Watch how those you admire or who are prospering, make decisions and carry out actions to meet company principles and goals. This can give you the best clues to what is acceptable and what should ask of yourself to succeed.
Business ethics are often part of the company's culture, how management and employees make decisions and carry out actions towards meeting the company's goals, mission statement and working standards.
Just remember to keep yourself in check, by recognizing the world around you may cross paths with your work world. When the two worlds meet (and they do), you never want to be in a position of apology or embarrassment.
