Totally agree with BrianS. It's all about concentrating on the small things you want to achieve. These small things will be great one day, if you stick to your goals.
Furthermore, it is most important that you enjoy what you are doing. So, your strength will mostly be connected with the things you like to do.
Your weaknesses are most likely connected with the things you don't like to do. And don't forget to enjoy the moment and to do just what "now" is needed. The needs of the "now" may also be connected with your goals.
