I use the BBB's website quite often to check on a company's reputation or to check out possible scams. If you want their web address, here it is http://www.bbb.org/. The page opens to their homepage where you first select the nearest BBB site according to the zip or postal code of the name you are searching. You are also offered the choice of selecting according to country, USA or Canada.
You can also try to find the company or person using just the name, but the more information you have, the easier the search becomes.
Once the search page identifies the closest city or town of the BBB's office to your search request, it provides the office's URL, its mail address and phone number.
Use the BBB's local office to search for the company or person you are seeking. The BBB tells you whether a BBB membership exists and if one does, whether or not there are problems and whether the complaints have been resolved or not.
They also rate or grade their members as well.
Hope this is the info you wanted.
