I didn't have a good cause fir failing to certify/report. What can I do. Please help. I tried calling customer service on Saturday - but it was the 1st sat of the months and they are closed. I did not know that. I thought there was something wring with the system since I didn't know that the 1st Saturday of the month they were closed. What is a good cause? If I tried online and cod not get thru and happened to bs that the Sat that I called they were closed - what can my argument or good cause be. They told me that the reason I gave them was not a good reason. Please help.
