I would make sure to add as much detail as you can. Toot your own horn as much as possible. Widen the margins to give yourself the room to do this. Make sure the font size is no smaller than 10 and no bigger than 12. Choose a professional font. I also think the cover letter is super important. Make sure there are no spelling or grammar errors- that's a sure turn off for employers. Also, think about the specific job you are sending this resume to, and tailor what experience and skills you add to the job you are applying for. By expressing your interest in a cover letter, and focusing your resume to the specific job, you are showing that the job is something you are serious about.
