   What important for success destiny (luck) or hard work?
   
   I know there is no straight line to success, hard work is very important. I have seen people who work hard but do not get success. But I have also see people who gets success easily without doing much work..is it there destiy or luck which favours them! So, my question is "What important for success destiny (luck) or hard work?"

   Hard work is the only tool to operate and gain success. Those who  claims luck favors them and it is half truth.one can ride on a wave under the Sun, fails very quickly.
   Sometimes competent manager claims his achievements ,surpassed the target, but when there is boom. Competent manager proves his competency if he faces crisis and sustain business, here his past experience and skills and hard work which helps him to float.
   Hard work pragmatism and practical approach which can easily tame the worst situation and finally hard work and efforts turns Zero to Hero.

   What we have found is those who often look like instant successes in business have hours of planning in place before the world know they exist.
   
   As CEO of a corporation who lends a helping hand to those who are starting businesses I know the ones who often do the best are those who have spent hours planning. They come off as professionals from the day they open their doors because they have become professional.
   
   I personally have spent hundreds of hours working with clients putting the necessary visual branding, product testing, audience testing, and the proper advertising in place. Once this was done I taught the business owners how to manage the rest themselves.
   
   For me success wasn't instant, My entrepreneurship started at age 17. With a few times being sidetracked success really didn't start until my late 20's. Like many others I either sold or lost businesses for one reason or another. The first retirement for me came at age thirty five.  When an accident took my memory for nine years and put me in a wheelchair for life at age thirty nine, my retirement funds were used to pay medical bills and misused by those who had control. When my memory returned I was broke, deeply in debt, in the process of divorce, and living on disability.  Starting over at age 58 was the hardest thing I have ever done.  It is my belief success is a combination of mindset and remembering "winners never quit".

   Hard Work is not the answer. Otherwise all labor class(construction worker, porter, farm worker) who work hard will be rich & successful.
   
   Luck may be a factor but it's not the ONLY reason.
   
   People you see who gets success easily without doing much work might have right ingredient of work/risk-appetite/luck/entrepreneurship.

   Hard work trumps everything and is/will be the basis for your success and in reaching your destiny. Luck is just “opportunity meeting preparation.”
   
   And sometimes, those people getting "success" may not be following God. There's another side at work too!

   This is great question you asked.
   
   For being a successful person we need an idea or opportunity where we can work. We can execute some idea or work on any opportunity which we can get and be successful.  Here is one catch we can get opportunity by luck but to be successful in that opportunity it all takes HARD WORK and HARD WORK.
   
   A lot of people think that if it is my destiny God will give us but If it is written in Destiny that what ever you are going to achieve is only by Hard work in that case people have to understand Hard Work and Motivation to do that work is most important factor to succeed.

   Hard work and lots of it and even then there's no guarantee. You might just strike it lucky, being in the right place at the right time and meeting the right person who can help you become successful but these instances are very rare. Moving in the right circles of like-minded people does help but you can never depend on luck.
