Go out of your way to help your customers and don't just deliver a good product or service but also ensure a good and personal after-service. Remember, the customer is always right, so don't try to make any phony excuses. Value negative feedback as a way for improvement. Try to solve an issue immediately and give the customer feedback. One happy customer may recommend you to 100 friends but one unhappy customer may spread bad news about your business all over the internet and this could be the end of you.
