   What effect do you think change brings to an organization?
   
   Good and bad, change is inevitable in organizations.  I have found that change is a big fear for people, simply because they have to learn, adjust or embrace something new.

   Change is a good thing. The idea is, for the organization to position itself so that change is "positive" as opposed to negative. The only thing in life that is certain, even the of great organizations like General Motors, Boeing, or Apple, that is, is change. Change is a given. This is like talking about "Life" and "Death." We are born in to the world to live for a time, then we die. Death is a given.
   You are correct, Renee. Fear of change can be a big fear for many people. And there are those people who could care less about change or anything else (these people are either lucky or ignorant). I pity ignorant people. Lucky people that don't know any better, I envy.
   Getting back to life and death. I love live and treasure it. Death, I dread death, but I don't fear it. I hate death. Death is a big change, too big, the way I see it.

   Changes are invevitable. The world is ever-changing and changes are important in order cope with the situation. However, changes are very often associated with fear, though changes may not necessarily be bad. read more
