I do like it, not love but like. My side business is just a hobby to me. It's an in-home calligraphy business. Sometimes I'm sitting for hours writing in different inks for weddings or parties. But I could never depend entirely on that and my back would definately suffer. As for my job as a manager, I love it. Everything runs smoothly, and I'm the go-to person for everything. However, it gets a little irritating when hiring someone. Do they fit the position? How will they help the company? What qualities do they posess? Will they get along with everyone? It's like adding a new child to the day care.
