Impossible is a word given to things that we believe to be definitive. Take gravity, man has created anti-gravity chambers; therefore stopping gravity from working is not impossible. With genetic engineering even women could be a father. A collapse of the process food industry would or an apocalypse would put an end to fast food.
It used to be impossible to fly, sail around the ‘flat’ world, or even to travel to the moon.
Nothing is impossible; it may be highly improbable, but not impossible.
Impossible is something that goes against the laws of physics and mathematics that humans have created to explain or prove certain things.
Impossible is the humble bumble bee. According to scientists, the size of a bumble bees wings in relation to its body and weight means it is physically impossible for it to fly, yet it does.
