Thank you Express10 for being the first to answer. I do agree with you totally but there are 2 situations - (1) Employers know this and don't practice always (2) Employers practice but the results are not great. Any comments?
Perhaps it is the very people and culture of the workplace in some situations that may need to be changed? Employers have a lot on their plate however, it's only logical that they make employee loyalty a priority but many don't seem to care.
