   How can you be so sure that you are in the right job and there is nothing better than this?
   
   An employed person is always chasing a better job with more money, more satisfaction, more learning. How can he tell himself that he is ( or is not) in the right job ?

   You can be so sure you are in the right job when you do a good job and you get appreciated and therefore you get satisfaction in doing your job whatever job it is, as long as you are content. If you find yourself or other colleagues always moaning about something or someone in your workplace then it is time to look for a better job. Sometimes if we can't better the job we got in hand then it is time to go and look for something else to do. It does not matter about the pay as long as you are happy where you work that matters. I know better money always seem to go with more stress. I'd rather have less money than get stressed out.

   This is quite an interesting question, Sundeep......You are correct when you say that people are "always chasing"  something else.  This particular fact about Human Nature doesn't seem to be limited to employment.
   We humans often have a need or desire to continually feel "discontent"...and believe that better, bigger, happier  is just around the corner......some where other than where we are at the moment.....doing something different......etc.
   
   IMHO, the key words are "discontent" and "this moment."......While change and variety are positive things....one needs to use common sense and be realistic about decisions in life.
   
   Always searching for more can be helpful when it is proven to be for the better.  However, we do NOT possess the ability to see into the future.  All we have and all we can know is "This moment".....the present we are actually living.
   
   Possibilities will always exist.....but it should be vital to deal in realities of the here and now.  For instance, perhaps your job is great in many ways.  You enjoy what you do, receive an ample amount of income and benefits, your co-workers are pleasant and you feel satisfied.  Just one aspect is annoying to you and causes you to think you should look elsewhere for another job.......to change this one thing you dislike.
   
   This sounds foolish and rather irresponsible, doesn't it?  That's because it is.  In this case, what the person is really doing is being much too critical and harsh over one thing that: 1. They don't have at the moment.  2. May or may not achieve by changing their employment  3. Means they are willing to give up ALL the GOOD they have and gamble with their future success and happiness........Hmmmmm, sounds like GREED to me. 
   
   There's a lesson here, Sundeep.  Human beings would do a huge favor to themselves by focusing on what they do have, being content and GRATEFUL for their life.....in this moment.  And at the same time, avoid constantly looking for different, more or better....that may in fact never happen or worse... cause regret.    Be happy and grateful, be your best and do your best. spend your time and talent being the best you can be today.
   
   When and if tomorrow comes, all things will work out for the better.
   I hope I explained myself well enough and that you understand my message.  Just my opinion, Sundeep.
