My Supervisor and Director had some concerns regarding performance issues at work. Had an informal meeting. I answered honestly but my supv did not. I voiced that her claim is false but Dir. believed her. Then another meeting about a Christmas bonus overpaid to me and why I didn't say anything. Another investigation. Nothing again substantiated. Director said after last meeting, "if I had evidence you would be fired". He said my credibility with him is dwindling. I called HR to get advice, call EAP. EAP said contact HR. I want to make a formal complaint without retaliation. Advice please.
