What a wonderful thing it would be for a funeral service to provide for these grief stricken families. All deaths are sad, but these situations are so much more heartbreaking.
The mother's loss is worse than tragic both physically and emotionally, not that the father's grief is in any way diminished by that fact. Siblings' grief is difficult on another level because they are too young to express their feelings.
Grandparents are sometimes forgotten, but they are old enough to understand more about what the future looks like without that precious little one, what it looks like to have that blank space at the table, that missing ruler mark on the family room door casing.
To have a business like yours extend themselves out of consideration for such special circumstances would be to instill hope in a family, and perhaps in a community. It would be a kindness that could only speak well for the funeral business and especially for a local business. Though that would not be the purpose for extending the compassion, there would be no reason not to be thankful for it.
