I have monthly work represented in percentage. So I need to get working hours using that percentage.
For example 0.95 is percentage of work in that month. So I want this percnetage to be converted into hours of time for that month.
How did you get a job without knowing how to do percentages, or even to state a problem clearly? The question could be slightly more interesting than most of the percentage questions here, but I don't know exactly what you are looking for.
You'd have to know what the percentage is a percent of - last month's hours? this month's hours?
Once you know what the percentage is a part of (a percent of) you would then figure out, for example, the 95% of the number of hours - and there you'd have a new number of hours.
If you figure out what, exactly, is the number of hours you're starting with; and if you find any percentage of those, there's no converting to be done. You have your answer in hours.

Over and...
