You often see those salesy articles that strongly tell people to do something and why. Im not saying to follow this but there is essence to the word structure.
People need to be told to buy stuff in an informative way - and, of course, who you are targeting has a lot to do with the manner you write. If you are targeting young professionals, then you need to structure your wording in a more professional manner. If you are targeting young people (or their parents), you have to seduce them in a more age appropriate way. Essentially, it is horses for courses!
