Is your boss claiming that you aren’t completing work?
Is she claiming you do not understand what she wants done?
If this is the case, then I suggest documenting everything! Whenever you meet with her, record everything she tells you, date it, and then store it in a folder: make sure she can’t find the folder, otherwise she may shred everything. Keep all emails you send back and forth from one another. If you document everything, and she claims you did not do something right, but you have the document to prove otherwise, then this will be useful in possibly having to save your job.
