I'm quite convinced that great value in any furnishing is determined not exclusively by its low price but by what you get for your money. This Alera Fraze executive desk chair is made to high quality specifications, is robust and comfortable and represents amazing value for its relatively low price.

I just know that you'll love how comfortable the ultra-soft cushions in the side bolsters and lumbar bolsters are. They provide maximum support and help prevent fatigue, back ache and bad posture. The headrest and arm rests are thickly padded for additional comfort.

I can tell you that the upholstery is finished in soft touch leather that gives this chair a lot of style and that all important comfort level. The nicely designed waterfall seat edge is great for reducing pressure points at the back of your knees and improves circulation too.

You can get your hands on one of these online at Amazon for a greatly discounted price. You can visit the actual page by clicking on the image above to get the most up to date price (it can fluctuate, which is why its not stated here).

Cheap vs Value

Getting a Great Value Chair for the Right Price

I have found over the years that a lot of people tend to go for things to buy because they're cheap. But being cheap in price doesn't necessarily mean they are good value. Many cheap items are cheap for a very good reason. Often they are poorly made, flimsy or will prove, in the case of a chair, to be uncomfortable after a while of using it.

Worse for a cheap office chair, which needs to be able to stand up to a lot of constant use, is that it can cause back pain and other discomfort with long term use. In this case, the term "cheap" has become synonymous with "shoddy" and the money spent has been wasted.

This is poor economical use of money because it fails to provide a good return on its investment. However, spending a little more to get a good value chair can represent money wisely spent. A good value item will last a lot longer than its cheap counterpart. It will be of better quality and be more comfortable with long term use.

Whenever you are about to buy something because it is cheap, stop and consider how much value you will get for your money. If you think it will be junked after a short time, then its better to spend more and get something worthwhile that will last much longer and be useful for its lifetime.
