How do you promote your other web sites while using hub pages if promotional links are not allowed?
Promotional links are allowed, but only two per hub. You need to get your author score to 75 and you individual hubscores above 50 before your links from hubpages are "do follow". This is to prevent spamming the site for backlinks.
