   For me, hard work is above all such natural abilities. We can achieve any damn goal in the world, we just need to have a strong aim plus the hard work.

   Define success. If it's money and status, then what you're born with by and large predetermines your standing.
   
   The way you put it, hard work is a controllable factor.
   The way it is, hard work is all some people know -- and how to survive.
   That's why, to SOME people, "hard work" is nothing but a metaphor for people who have a choice to "work hard."

   Its the Hard Work that can make one person successful. So it's more important. All of us was born with different abilities. But if you will not work hard to improve those God given talents and skills then I believe you'll never meet the word SUCCESS!
