I have am creating a database of businesses and I was wondering if anyone knew of any existing databases (such as the Open Directory) that I could tap.
not sure what you are looking for.. why not start from your local yellow pages. last time I helped this client import 1000s of entries from yellow pages.. and they have this CD you can get from your local yellow page provider..
Go to your local library most have access to business databases like InfoUSA
