Congratulations on your new venture. You should be proud of yourself for taking the plunge, not everybody has the courage as the saying 'jumping out of the frying pan and into the fire' stops a lot of people from leaving jobs where they are unhappy.
I hope all goes well for you and your family.
I feel like quitting my job now! Anyone would fight and would do anything to have my job; a manager for a company located in a tropical place. People I work with are great and company pays well. With this economy, I should be happy that I have a job. It's getting harder to motivate myself everyday and it's not fair to my employees. I'm an introvert and prefer to work in the back office not dealing with the public. I think I can really work to my fullest potential if I find a job that I like and passionate about it.
It's important to be happy, be positive and to follow your passion. You never know unless you try.
However...I was doing telemarketing for years and I decided to get into selling insurance after talking to my wife and taking career tests. I learned a lot, but it didn't work out. I racked up a lot of debt.

That is a good thing because it does drive people to do their best. The flip side is that we get so bogged in...
