  1. Similac

This is so much more than just a sample of formula. You'll get a decent sized can of formula, coupons sent periodically, a travel bag, a baby organizer, a pregnancy journal and baby announcements.

  2. Parents Choice premium baby formula

Sign up and they'll send a can of Premium formula right to your mailbox. The can isn't a full size can, but it's enough to last a couple days. It's Walmarts brand and comparable to Enfamil Premium LIPIL formula.

  3. Parents Choice advantage baby formula

Like the sample above, this is one decent sized can of Advantage formula. You won't get any coupons or future mailings, but free formula is free formula. This is comparable to Similac Advance formula.

  4. Members Mark

This is another one time offer. You can choose between Complete formula (comparable to Similac Advance and Enfamil Premium LIPIL) or Gentle formula (comparable to Enfamil Gentlease LIPIL formula). Members Mark is a Sam's Club brand.
