How to Get Paid to Test Products at Home?
Paid Product Tester at Home
For 9 years, I've been testing and reviewing new products for cash and getting more free merchandise to keep at home. This has been a way to help me make extra money and also learn about the next big thing that companies are about to introduce on the market. I test about 5 or more different full size products a month.
A lot of people don't realize that Big Name Brand Companies are paying people to test their stuff and give their reviews about them so that's why I've created this article.
Product testing is always free to consumers and your information is never sold. It's fun being able to test stuff that are not yet in stores. It's like getting the exclusive first look on up and coming new products!
You can also visit my blog for a list of over 30 companies that provides free paid testing jobs.

Have you ever tested products for cash?
I've Helped People All Over The World!
I've been helping people for the past 10 years find legitimate companies that offers free product testing at home. I've also been featured on eBay's blog of a person that find ways to get free products from Top Name Brand Companies and Dr Oz's The Good Life Magazine Feb 2014 issue.
How Does Paid Product Testing Work?
How Can You Earn Money?
Do you ever wonder how companies come up with ideas on items that we use today or improve current products that are in stores?
Companies look for everyday people like yourself to test their stuff and give your reviews about it and they're willing to pay you for your time and opinions.
When you qualify for a product test, the advertiser will send to your home a product of theirs to test for a certain amount of time and write down each day how you like or dislike it and if there is any changes that needs to be made.
Sometimes you may receive a product you've already use in your home, so the company would like for you to stop using it for the time being and use the product test they've sent you in the mail.
Within a couple of weeks, the company will send you an email with a survey questionnaire you have to answer about the product you've tested. The survey can be a bit repetitive but do know your making a difference by voicing your opinions about the product because your letting the advertiser know if you liked their stuff or not and if they needed to make changes or just drop the product idea all together.
Having consumers test their products helps let the advertisers know if the product would sell in stores. If companies just put out a product in stores without getting opinions from consumers can be risky because the product might not sell and the company would've wasted their time and money.
Incentives for the stuff you've tested at home varies. Payments can be about $5-$100 depending on what product you test and how long the product test trial is.
I remember testing a website for HBO in beta format and they paid me $100 for testing their website for about a month. I was able to watch free movies on the internet and on the go free. It was very fun to give my opinions about their new project they were doing and also getting a reward for it!

How Can I Qualify?
Companies are looking for certain types of people to test their products, for example, lets say a company has created a new fruit juice product and wanted to get consumers opinions about; if you do not drink fruit juice you more than likely will not qualify for the product test.
To see if you'll qualify for their product test, the advertising company will first send you a screener to fill out. Once the screener is complete, it'll tell you if you've qualified for the product test or not. If you've qualified, you'll be asked for your name, address, phone number, and email so they'll know where to mail your product test. Remember that advertisers only send product test to real addresses, not P.O. Boxes.

Wow, I am so impressed with your work, it's so clear and laid out beautifully. Yes, I am surely coming back and will try the ones suitable for England as I think a lot of them require you to be a US resident? Thank you very much for sharing this superb list!

i'm registered with most of these survey companies, but rarely get test opportunities. maybe one once a year w all combined. mostly just do surveys for very little points that takes me over a year to make the $20 needed to cash out or i fill out most of the survey and get told its no longer available and get zero points,
no but i would like to valerie leclere test products in my home without having to take surveys
Hi Louidam,
I just signed up to take surveys with SurveySpot. You mentioned receiving products to test from them and cash for testing. So far all I'm doing is filling out surveys for a chance to win $10,000 in a drawing. Is there an opportunity for more than this on Survey Spot that I'm missing?
thanks for the lens!
nice list.... will try one of them.
Great lens. I'll be checking them out.
Any link I clicked on tells me that service is not available on my territory? Is Europe therefore in outter space for those companies?

I tried signing up for PineCone Research, but I don't know if I was successful. How can I check? My email is Joe.Medina22@Gmail.com
Hi, I am sure interested in the link for Influenster if you still have one left. My email is sando1053@yahoo.com
I am signed up with the majority of the sites listed but most of them so rarely sent me any product testing offers, just survey links for surveys that take a year to cash out. I think I got a macaroni last year from Toluna and a brush from ACOP a few years ago, and after a few years of sending me nothing BzzAgent invited me to 3 out of 10 product testing campaigns that apply to me.
No, but it sounds fascinating. I've signed up with one of the companies you've listed.
Hi, I don't know what I'm missing but the first 5 companies on your list I tried to sign up with are all "get paid for surveys". I don't want the surveys, I'm really interested in the product testing. Can you let me know what's going on please?
Thank You

Wow, I cannot believe how many testing companies you have listed here! This is a great lens, as just randomly searching the web you can come across a lot of scams. I want to try some of these!
Cannot say that I have. I did once sign up for free sample products and it was cool receiving free stuff, but they never asked me for feedback.
No, I only did some surveys a few years ago. Thanks a lot for sharing this wonderful lens!!!
Hi, does this really work? I really need to make some cash fast and can't afford to waste any time..
Have you ever heard of sample Awards.com ? They want me to pay a 1.99 for shipping and you have to put it on your credit card. Is this legitimate?
Thanks! It's nice to have recommended lists. I haven't tried this before but I've been wanting to!
Hey Thanks for writing this up. I been looking all over for reviews for real people so I don't waste my time.
This sounds really fun, thanks for a great lens!
Iteresting maybe I should try .
I test products for items such as gift card or credit cards. I think product testing is a nice way to earn a little extra money for small expenses.
Good few years ago, my wife and i tested many products, from cigarettes to new disposable nappies.but when we moved out of London. we lost touch with the company.
I have never tried this, but it is something that I will check out in more detail. Thanks for the helpful resource.
I've never tried this but it sounds interesting... Nice lens, very well put-together and presented!
