How to promote your Fine Art America (FAA) Profile / Store?

Updated on August 9, 2014

Easy ways to promote your Fine Art America (FAA) Profile - Store

This lens is all about easy ways and tips to promote your FAA Profile and website.

The question about how to promote your FAA Profile and website comes up all the time. It is one that I ask my self all the time too. My thought was to share it with all of you as I find out new ways how to promote an faa Profile and website.

I wish you all success with selling your art at Fina Art America (FAA)!

The Basics

Title

All of your images need a descriptive title.

Description

All of your images need at least a short description. Have some variations from one description to another if you have similar images.

Tags for products

Tags are very important. Your customers will find you through these keywords when they use the search function on Fine Art America ( FAA ).

Twitter And Hashtags

What are hashtags? It is a way to categorize your tweets. You probably know it with other services as labels, categories, keywords, or tags. Take a look at Twitter search and you can find a search-field for hashtags. For example typical hashtags for photography would be: #photog, #togs But the most important tags for Fine Art America are:

#FineArt, #deals

Make sure when you write about Zazzle and/or your Zazzle store that you always include the hashtag #zazzle. Automated service like paper.li can then pickup your tweets and incorporate them into something like The Zazzle Chatter.

I am on FAA and haven't had luck at all. I love the site though because it's free and it's good exposure for my photos. I'll try some of your suggestions about marketing. Maybe I'll even get a sale!
