Executive Summary

To prepare the report I have to conduct frequently interview with sales executives of different companies, I have utilise my personal knowledge in terms of sales from my job experience in different companies. The young people involved in online selling have given me valuable information in terms of online selling. Different response from my blogs also provides me valuable information. This report contains six chapters. In second chapter highlighted on turnover issues, third on different selling job, fourth on problem in selling that can create social complexity, fifth on Labour law and sixth on finding, Recomandation and conclusion.

Methodology

To achieve the proper information different methods have to maintain. Face to face interview have been held in different location in bangladesh. In face to face interview the respondent was sales executives in different companies, HR professionals, Business graduates and social workers. Besides of face to face interview, telephone and mobile phone have been used for interview. Different social media website is also used to collect information.

Background

Sales job is an important sector to build up a career. There have a big space to job in sales. Because, a big number of peoples have an opportunity to job in sales department. Hence the fresh young people can get sales job easily. Sales job can play an important role in reducing the unemployment rate. But unfortunately there found an uncertain situation in sales job. That is an abnormally high rate of turnover. This turnover rate is also increasing the social complexity.

Objective of the report

The main objective of the report is to reducing the turnover rate and crimes concerned with sales job. This report is also prepared for increasing the government concern in sales job. To introduce a strategic theorem in terms of sales job that can reduces the sales crimes and high turnover rate that is concerned with social complexity.

Limitation of the report

The limitation of the report,

1. A study within short time period.

2. Most of the sales executives was affraid to provide clear answer.

4. Sufficient level of journal could not manage

5. Sales peoples had no enough concentration

6. No enough agreed to answer the HR peoples

Key findings

There found a plenty of causes of high rate of turnover in sales job. Most of the respondent define this problem due to the job in nature of target orients and a little implementation of rules in this job. Social problem of the high turnover is anxiety and depression. The excessive level of crime and organizational politics is involved in sales profession. For that reason the turnover rate in this profession is excessive. A large number of young generations are falling into anxiety and depression due to having no job security and stability in this job. A lots of educated young peoples are getting uncertain condition for sales job and the crimes related with it. Hence, an adverse effects on society are found significantly.

Conclusion

Though selling job is an uncertain job with job security, high rate of turnover and crimes are involved, but yet, it have a huge opportunity. Sales is a big market of job. It can reduces unemployment rate significantly. It is also considered as the most creative job. If the crimes and high rate of turnover can reduce through few corrective action, sales job may be the first prioritize job of intelligent people. Besides of reducing the unemployment rate, for rapid development of a country sales people can play a significant role. An abundance of smart sales people in a country stimulates the productivity exponentially.
