Make Money with Adsense Blogger

Looking for ways to monetize your Blogger blog? Wondering if Adsense is the right way to go? Not sure how to make money with Adsense and Blogger? Wondering how hard it is to apply for an Adsense account and to get approved? Can you really make money with Adsense? All your questions answered here. I run several Blogger blogs, and I am making money with my Adsense account.

Make money with Adsense and Blogger

First of all, let me assure you that it is very possible to make money with Adsense and Blogger. I have several Blogger and Wordpress blogs, and I am making money with Adsense. My Adsense earnings are very unpredictable - on some days I can make only $0.10-$0.15 per day per blog, and there are days when only one click will make me $2-$3 dollars or more. Adsense doesn't guarantee that you will make money with your blog and your per click Adsense earnings are always a surprise. The only way to make money with Adsense is to build traffic to your blog and experiment with ad placements. There are so many people out there who run Blogger blogs and make money with Adsense. Some people run several blogs at a time, and their small Adsense earnings add up. 10 blogs making $5 a day add up to $50 per day, or $1,500 per month. Adsense is the easiest way to make money with your Blogger blog. I also add Adsense to my Wordpress blogs. But you do need to apply for an Adsense account and get approved before you can put Adsense ads on your blog. Although you may have heard, it may be difficult to set up an Adsense account, it may turn out to be a lot easier than you may think. I suggest that you don't apply for an Adsense account with a brand new blog. If you want to get an approval, build up your blog, post on a regular basis, write quality content, link to quality websites, and add a privacy policy to your site, before submitting your Adsense application. Also, once you get approved, never add your Adsense ID to a new blog until you have built it up to several pages and added a privacy policy. Even though you are free to use your Publisher ID on other sites once you get approved for Google Adsense, Google is strict about implementing its policies and you should read and re-read them frequently. If you are trying to build an income stream with Adsense and Blogger, the last thing you want to happen is to get your account suspended. Also remember that you can't add Google Ads to a website that is set-up as an affiliate website with a sole purpose of driving traffic to another site. You have to provide valuable information to the readers in order to keep Google Adsense ads running.

Make Money with Adsense Blogger

If you really want to make money with Adsense and Blogger and you already have a Google Adsense publisher ID, you need quality posts and steady Google traffic. Posting on a regular basis (daily or weekly) will help you get noticed by Google, and once you see traffic coming in to your blog, you will start making money with your Google Adsense account. I believe that the more people visit your blog, the better ads will be displayed on your blog, and who can resist clicking on an ad offering a free sample from a major brand, or a big discount on products people buy on a daily basis? Recently, I was visiting a blog and just had to click on a Free offer from Canvas People. I already have several canvas at my house, and I love them! I have been wanting to get another one for a while, and I jumped on the opportunity. The blog owner got some Adsense earnings, and I got a great deal - works both ways. By the way, the free canvas are available here: Free Canvas Print

Google Adwords Conversion Rate

I just figured out that my average conversion rate for Google Adsense is about 1-2% of Total Impressions (and my impressions are about half of my total blog pageviews). So if I have 5000 blog visits, I get about 2,500 page impressions, and around 25-50 Google Adsense clicks. Since clicks can be anywhere between a few cents and several dollars per click, the 1-2% can add up to nice earnings. I know that there are thousands of bloggers out there getting 5000+ visits a day and making $25-$50 every day. You can do the math for their average monthly earnings - even with a conversion rate of 1% and an everage of $25 a day, they make more than $750 per month! You can Join Google Adsense here: Google Adsense

I earn about $.50/day with my adsense account. Not bad for really doing nothing but posting stuff I would have posted anyway. if you don't have adsense, you are missing out on money.

I've had an account with Blogger for 3 months. I have 8 blogs with multiple postings on each one. To date, I have earned $0.01 with Google AdSens on Blogger. I'm still learning though and will tweak my keyword density and make other changes to my blogs. I just started using Squidoo and so far, I like it much better. There are many more income earning options with Squidoo Lenses. Thanks for the lens. Great tips.

I do have a Blogger blog, but it gets very little traffic. I am wary of relying too much on free blogs, because they can easily delete your blog if they think you are breaking the rules, which is what happened to my free Wordpress blog. I was sure I wasn't doing anything wrong, and I never did get a response to tell me why the blog was removed, but I lost over 300 posts.

My self hosted Wordpress sites get a bit more traffic, but it takes a lot of work to get enough traffic from the right people to guarantee enough clicks on your Adsense ads to make a lot of money. My oldest web site performs better, 17 clicks and $5.18 today so far from over 5,000 page views.

I think if you keep plugging away though, keep writing the articles, creating new blogs/sites, over time the traffic and earnings come. Adsense is definitely a great way to earn, it's so varied.

I have a few Blogger blogs. They're very easy to set up and since I use my own template, it's really simple, not to mention fast! I'm making money from Adsense (on my self-hosted WordPress sites, a Blogger blog and a few rev share sites). I think I can earn more by building more niche sites and testing/tweaking ad placements.

A good reminder for us all to review, a penny earned is a penny earned and they add up nice and neat to dollars earned!

My adsense on Blogger is almost nonexistent, I just added it to YouTube, so hopefully get a bit from that. I'm bookmarking your lens to come back and do some studying.

Very little - not much effort at the moment. I do make good adsense $$ from Triond; and then regular $$ from Micro Workers.

I am terrible at keeping up to date with posting howerver, whater has worked I dont know maybe the lack of predicatability?....(I must improve on postins!) anyway I am satisfied that google adsense is a good wayto help monetize yourblog, it takes a bit of tweaking to get the right formula that works for you! I always try to monitor whats working etc. Good info here Blessed by a passing Squid angel for good quality advice about adsnse and how you can make money from it!

I have been doing blogger for a couple of year. It can be a nice chunk of change if you work at it. Pretty new to squidoo. Still trying to figure my way around. Nice work.

Like Lisa, I have never used Adsense or focused much attention with it, so my info. wouldn't have that much value in it!

This is still a very useful Lens !

@Jhangora LM: I like Hubpages too, but the big Panda has squished my Adsense earnings over the last couple of months..The Hubpages program is paying out a little, but not as much as I had hoped...

I started blogging, on blogger, in 2008. I have discontinued updating the blogs, since Jan 2011. Received my first Adsense check earlier this month. HubPages ads are paying much better money than Adsense. I'd suggest newbies to focus on HubPages instead of Blogger or Associated Content.
