Rosalind Gardner, the Super Affiliate Marketer

Updated on September 15, 2012

Rosalind Gardner teaches people how they too can be super at affiliate marketing!

Rosalind Gardner's blog was one of the first sites on the web that talked in real terms about how someone could make money online. I remember her approach was not that I would get rich quick. There was effort involved, but if you were willing to learn and keep at it, there was money to be made by simply helping sell other peoples' stuff!

As someone who had tried network marketing (AKA: Multi-level Marketing, MLM, pyramid) thing, I was a bit gun-shy. But I did catch on pretty quickly that Affiliate Marketing is NOT the same thing as Network Marketing. Affiliate Marketing didn't mean I had to sign up anyone else to be on my "team." I didn't have to create a product, store a product, inventory a product, or ship a product. I simply had to work to connect the customer to a company that sold what they were looking for! Affiliate Marketing made sense to me. A big plus was it cost nothing to do. Just time and effort. Ok, I could give that a shot!

*Keep reading in the next section and I'll tell you a bit more about my own experiences in Affiliate Marketing. If you decide to buy anything from this page, I make a bit of commission from them, so thank you in advance!

The Super Affiliate Handbook - "How I Made $436,797 In One Year Selling Other People's Stuff Online"

The Super Affiliate Handbook - Rosalind Gardner - Paperback

A very popular book by Rosalind Gardner.

If I can do it, you can too...

As an artist, I thought immediately that art supplies would be good things to link on my website and blog. However, Squidoo (you're on a Squidoo page now) has been another great source of Affiliate sales for me, because really anything you can share with others and write about will have some kind of product that can be marketed along with it. Rather than being a turn-off to the reader, the affiliate items can be something that enhances their visit to your website or blog, provided it's the RIGHT product. In fact, another Squidoo page I have written, called How Artists (and Other Smart People) Can Make Money in Affiliate Marketing is a free source of affiliate marketing information you should check out too! Although I am not able to go into as great a detail on one little page as Rosalind Gardner can in her book. So when you want to have all the information you need, you'll want Rosalind's book.

Well I got off topic as I am apt to do...this page is supposed to be about Rosalind Gardner, not about how excited I am about Affiliate Marketing! Oh well! I can tell you as of July 2012, I make about $450 per month by Affiliate Marketing. Other people may make more or less than I do. Rosalind Gardner's books are a goldmine of good information of what to do and how to do it! And that's what this page is about -- Rosalind Gardner's books and tools to help you learn how you can make money online too.

Another of Rosalind Gardner's books

I am reading this book right now., and although I have been doing some online affiliate marketing since at least 2005 (if not earlier), by page 24 of this book I was already hopping online to implement an idea that Rosalind's book gave me. I was able to borrow my copy of this from our local libarary, so you may be able to do that also. However, if you own your own copy then you can make notes right in the margins of your book (there is not reason why you shouldn't use it as a tool in your business.)
