Key Points To Strategic Business Solutions

What's your plan of action?

Look at the viable outsourcing options that eliminate your everyday administrative duties that eat away at your time.

Customers don't buy off on your vision; they buy your service or product. Look ahead at what the future holds for you, your company, your clientele, your market, and your employees. Ensure you're positioning yourself for success.

First, answer this question. How do you think you're going to work on new business strategies or solutions if your time is absorbed with administrative duties?

If you hang around with company leaders doing the same old thing they've been doing for the last 30 years you're sure to become stagnant. Hang out with boring people and you'll become boring. Look outside the box, meet new people, and know what your options are.

Get out of the rut!

With business rivals everywhere, it's amazing how the market gets stronger. The leaders that are thriving are on a mission - a mission to drive their business with new ways of thinking and well-defined goals. Many company owners deserve "atta boy's", as they've figured it out. They have formulated a process to beat the odds and make their business successful. Strategize your way to the top.

Are you the one holding your company back?

C level leaders and business owners stay awake at night worrying that some day they'll be discovered . . . that indeed they don't know all the answers. Of course, you'll never hear any CEO standing at the water cooler expressing these thoughts. At times, everyone feels the need for direction. We need to be the leader our employees are counting on us to be. We must keep the business flourishing, provide job security, and maintain benefits.

Key point - one of the biggest pitfalls in business is for anyone on staff to spend time seeing after things that don't drive revenue.

Professionals should be called in!

You wouldn't call a plumber's helper for a major plumbing problem, would you? Are you or any of your employees handling tricky workers' compensation or employment claims, employee issues, and safety training - putting your company in a high-risk category or the legal arena?

You need to outsource these areas to professionals to advise and help you manage the administrative side of your business. This is an excellent option that's a lot less costly than you think. Usually, there's no long-term contract. You have the safety net without any confining contracts. You cannot put a price tag on preventing a huge loss to your business that human resource and claims administrative professionals might have prevented.

Put your employees on the fast track.

Determine how your employees can make the most money for the company. Are they weighed down with too many reports or administrative duties? Are they motivated? If not, they need direction.

Are you frugal in the right areas?

Cut back on unnecessary expenses, such as; travel, meetings, pointless training, and other miscellaneous expenses. But don't get caught off guard . . . be sure you're legally protected, insured, in compliance, and conducting your business professionally with the least amount of time spent by your staff on administrative duties and with the least amount of associated business risk.

Make your company attractive to not only your clientele, but to quality employees.

Benefits are a real hot button right now. Offer all the benefits you can afford to offer. Assure your employees you run a tight ship and that you are not only protecting their interest, but the company's as well.

Texas PEO

UniqueHR is a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) that manages critical human resource responsibilities, as well as reducing employer risks for our clients. We deliver these integrated services by contractually assuming certain employer risk, rights and responsibilities.

What our Clients Have to Say!!

"I believe that being with Unique HR is like having another insurance policy on my business. I can focus on sales activity and don't have to lie awake at night worrying about all this other stuff. I know that the administration of workers' compensation insurance and claims are handled effectively, as well as all the other duties within their realm. I know that I can run a lean efficient company without having to hire more personnel to see about these things, and having to spend my time to see that it's done right. I've been with several other PEO's and know that Unique HR offers the best service. Everything they do, they do very well!"

Roy D., Owner/CEO

Refinery Storage Tank Service

"Since 1998, our PEO arrangement provides many benefits, and eliminates many burdens of my job as company owner and manager while reducing our staffing expenses.

As a member of a pool of client companies, we utilize their effective and affordable Human Resource department including a progressive Risk Management team reducing my burden of employee safety training. Accident prevention is their goal, but after an occurrence their claims managers support our philosophy of returning employees to work promptly by responding quickly to the injured, handling documentation, providing care for rehabilitation, and providing light duty work when necessary. Fraudulent claims are also reduced with their thorough investigation of each event.

While reducing our payroll and risk management staff, my company has benefited financially as we no longer have worries about SUTA claims, or the consuming workers' compensation insurance negotiations, including the large prepayments and the annual audit fines that fall at the same time renewals are due.

When issues arise there is a live person answering the phone at Unique HR and directing us to the appropriate person to resolve the issues. By tailoring their Human Resource services to our service needs we easily recognize the many positive effects working as a team with the staff at our PEO. Outsource your employee Administration!"

"UniqueHR has demonstrated professionalism and personal touch time and time again. Simply put, the UniqueHR Team is friendly, helpful, and always goes beyond the call of duty. You get what you pay for - UniqueHR is worth every penny and more.

In business these days, customer service is mediocre at best -- not UniqueHR. They are top notch in providing superb customer service. They genuinely care and make us feel important -- as part of the UniqueHR family. I receive regular calls from their Customer Service Department informing me of new regulations and updates. Furthermore, when I call with a question, I speak to a live person that takes complete ownership of the call and seeks out finding the person with the solution.

I have complete confidence in UniqueHR and trust them implicitly. When an obstacle surfaces, the UniqueHR team is quick to respond to any issue and offer solid guidance. I value their knowledge, expertise, and honesty."

Two thumbs up Connie. I probably spend 90% of my time seeing after things that don't produce revenue. I have to reverse this to only 10% so I can spend the other 90% seeking and grooming new sources of income.
