      Spot on, Alison.

      Don't recall any hard numbers but a voice intro is a dynamite tool for engaging visitors when they arrive and guiding them to specific pages.

      For the life of me; I don't understand why more merchants don't use initial "Welcome" to extend season's greetings. It's so price effective.
