NEWBIES Path to SUCCESS.....

Aloha Everyone:

I will just dive right into this. I have done a lot of research about being a successful affiliate online. What I have found 100% of the time is that everyone mentions BUILDING YOUR LIST. Most will offer you a way to do this withing their site. Well guess what, yes your helping them build their list and also by using their links, they get the credit for clicks to their site.

Lets break this down. Say you have your own domain and you are connecting their links through it, you will be getting credit through the search engines to your domain. The more views or clicks to your own links increases your ranking in the sites like google, yahoo and so on.

Ok, getting started as a new Affiliate. 1st you need a good foundation. (A good foundation is having the ability to create your own capture pages, a way to respond to interest without tying you up, and a way to track if your ads are being effective.) You should 1st look at businesses that offer some of these qualities if not all or more. Over the years I have found a few that offer one or two, but not all. Recently I looked at a company called 12 Second Commute. It offers Capture Page Creator, Auto-Responders, Ad-trackers, Business Builder and more. All this under one roof and being they were offerring me a 30 day free trial, I had to check it out.

I have been testing how simple it is to setup each item through their step by step video training. My 1st couple days, I watched the training videos, took notes and practiced creating pages, making auto-responders and adding the ad-trackers. As I watched the videos and took a few more notes I was setting up the whole thing within a few minutes.

During this test I was using just 12 Second Commute as the business I was promoting. The 1st week of using their system I got 6 signups to 12 Second Commute.

What I have found thus far is that if you build a great foundation and stick with a program you will SUCCEED. Oh yes, if someone tells you you can retire in a short time or get rich in a short period with little or no work I WOULD BE VERY CAUTIOUS about even researching the program. There is a lot of work involved, 1st you must find the right program, please save yourself some grief, stick with one or two programs until you have the knowledge to handle more. This knowledge comes with the more you learn. More money is wasted because people go from one program to another in a short period of time.

Money is also wasted on Advertising in the wrong places. I have researched and found a couple of sites that can guide you in your search for the right sites to advertise without wasting your money. 1st site KnowForProfit they are an independant site that spends money and time on advertising. They test TE traffic Exchanges where people like yourselves surf for credits, place ads, solo ads on safelist sites and place ads on text ad exchanges.

The next site I found that is very valuable for you to do your best as an affiliate is Traffic Hoopla. They also concentrate on the testing of sites for advertisement and placing the results for member viewing.

Newbie Affiliates and all those that are struggling to make it with these online programs, use some or all of the suggestions above and you will start to see a difference in the way your business starts to grow. Always remember this after you have a good foundation setup, here is where most of the work comes in, ADVERTISE, ADVERTISE, ADVERTISE and keep on advertising to the places that your ad-trackers tell you are bring you the most hits and sales to the site you have chosen as you business.

I am still testing 12 Second Commute as they have a Business Builder Program. (The program is unique to this site only) so I am very interested to see how well it is going to work.

I figure it is going to take me two to three weeks going through the step by step videos, setting up the business builder, advertising it and getting the results before I write more on it. Until then may your day and nights be filled with the beauty of a georgous sunset.

Mahalo,

Bruce Moring
