Sharing and networking to achieve 200+ hubs or articles online

Updated on May 17, 2016

One Hub experience that's worthy of writing about

I began on hubpages at a time in my online career as a web developer, when I was somewhat frustrated at the fact that it seemed impossible to communicate to people effectively. I joined during the month of September in 2011, and it was definitely a crucial time for me, because I had just got my very own business up and running onto the web. I was so anxious to get into online writing, but prior to joining hubpages I hadn't ever had the true experience of learning digitally, what it takes to start a true following, or to even attract viewers in great numbers using things like SEO (Search Engine Optimization), keywords, tags, and all.

Upon my very first weeks of being a hubpages member I noticed that my account instantly began taking lift off putting up some astounding numbers, and even with just 3 or 4 hubs published. This was the signal to me that I had located the right place to settle virtually, or in terms of writing online, and to make my home for all of my words I've been storing up for all of these years. Today it is almost 11 months later, and I have manage to crank out 200 hubs.

This wasn't an easy task at all, and the number of hubs produced isn't a true measure of the dedication, and potential performance of my overall hubpages experiences, but it does go to show a slight element into the overall dedication a single person can have to their digital works today if they remain focused.

Many hubbers have gone before me into this zone of personal achievement, and have even surpassed all of their own expectations as well. I do feel great to have joined the ranks of the 200 hubs over achievers club on hubpages, which I consider honestly us all to be super hubbers, and even if some of us have written 200 poems to get here. The quality of your hub writing will stand to be the overall judge, in the end, and this is why numbers matter, but just not as much as many people might think.

This is what I do everytime before I publish a single hub

Writing is a challenge on the web and surely on hubpages

Writing on hubpages is challenging nonetheless, and mainly because not every single hub you decide to publish, will actually get the love you expect it to receive.

It all starts with the hubpages community first, and then from the online (gods) search engines, where users are aimlessly punching their very effective keyboards, just to find information suitable enough for viewing, absorbing mentally, reading and potentially for entertainment purposes.

When such a hub is released into these number crunching intense calculative machines, the internet instantaneously will send it off into the vast ocean of information, it won't however rise immediately to the top of Google per say, unless you have helpers here on hubpages who will alert the search engines as to its powerful attractive significance, and in many ways each hub must have a flair of its own for catching attention.

A Tip for the wise-

How you title your hubs, group them, summarize, and effectively position its contents, is paramount, besides the fact of locating a great subject for them to fall under. Some subjects always seem to produce the most views, and the best results for those writers who learn how to do all the right things to earn them a much better web rep, and hubpages community reputation, which surprisingly is the best kept secret here.

Writing on many differing subjects, reading about much more

Many people have written entire hubs about the subject of sharing in the hubpages community, and a few hubbers have gone the extra distance, to make sure that their peers fully understand its also an imperative to become a great hubber. I have followed in their footsteps learning by the examples they have set fourth here, and in every way I could since I first joined this awesome writers community here, and I love how people share, and how we all have shown one another love for our personal efforts as writers.

This is why I remain motivated as a writer online, hubpages has shown me that there's truly hope out here on the web to succeed today, and that we all can learn from one another. I've read hubs about the importance of food, recipe hubs and in all kinds of food groups, by writers like rajan jolly, MissOlive, tammyswallow, sholland10, Sharyn's Slant, and so many more awesome hubbers.

Poetry on hubpages has flooded my mind with all sorts of unique, colorful aesthetic ways to creatively open the mind through the usage of poetic words, and use of the iambic pentameter.

Reading many how to hubs by people like molometer, alocsin, J.S.Matthew, Cardisa, homesteadbound, and many more hubbers who have all helped me to take my understanding, and hubpages knowledge of many things to all new heights. I have learned stuff I would never have, if it weren't for being dedicated to reading hubs by my other fellow hubbers as well.

Oh Yeah My Favorite Topics-

As for my favorite subjects to write about, they are in the categories of the technological kind, health consciousness, and also inspirational writings subjects.

I love to share my thoughts on the many things that's made a significant difference for me, in my life, especially topics on learning, which helped me in all of my youthful experiences, to learn how to develop applicable skills. Many of which were employable in later years in the US Navy, and in other parts of my civilian career. The useful subjects I tend to focus upon, originate in my mind from out of thin air, and are mainly those subjects that stem from real my world experiences as a whole.

I will admit though that I have yet to utilize the Google Adwords keyword tool for web traffic improvement purposes, but I have used it all throughout my how to hub articles, as a reference to help others if they so desired to learn how to use it themselves.

I been trying to see if I can do it all on my own with the attraction aspects of the search engines, and until my first year is up I will continue on this sort of experiment I been working on. Next year though I will use it with a intensity to achieve maximum lift off for these juicy hub articles, I've learned to write.

If your new to hub writing learn to position capsules it helps

This hub was purposely written without any capsule relocation's to help new hubbers get an idea of the difference between not using right side capsules or ad's or anything else but centered ones. Playing with capsule positioning works wonders.

Future hubpages goals & final words

I would like to say that my overall hubpages experience thus far has been sensational, I aim to learn how to effectively start a forum on hubpages, that can help new hubbers, and in differing ways. I have yet to fully explore the forums section here, and so it will be a pretty intense goal to achieve.

I'm looking to meet more newer writers who are seeking to help others just as many of us have learned to do, in terms of self help, and with words of inspiration, and this is another goal of mine as a hubpages community member.

I hope that all of us can learn to fully appreciate this writers community and network for what it truly is, and has become in our daily online lives. Hubpages for me has become a real life altering experience to say the least, and there's loads of awesomely kind people to share with.

Being insightful while commenting has done such a thing for me, and for many dedicated folks here as well. Many great friendships have been forged here, by this sort of networking activity also known as hubtivity, and I can only encourage all new comers to hubpages to get into doing whats right as well, by your fellow hubbers who go the extra mile for you.

Farewell Speech -

I appreciate all those folks who go out of their way to share with me in every way, and my hub 201 will showcase all of those people who truly deserve a hublove hub all of their own, and one that fully appreciates the efforts they have done for little ole me. Cheers to powerful hubbing!

@Fiona Jean Mckay, hello how are ya, yes its a good thing to get motivated as a hubber, because you just never know how far you're words might travel today.

It's not as hard as it seems, all you need to do is begin to focus on using the hubpages learning center each day you decide to begin hub writing. I use to use it each and every day. This is because hub writing is really about online article writing and not as much about writing in general. People online are in search for useful info, entertaining stuff, or some resources that will get them what they need right away.

So I aimed to write many of my hubs to fulfill such a purpose and by using the HP learning center as a guiding light to make my hubs stand out, plus be able to abide by the rules here on Hubpages and online as well. It's a definite balance that needs to be place d fourth into action, and takes true dedication to such a craft of hub writing.

Good luck! Oh and thanks for giving my hub here a try, glad you liked it.

Wow, 200 hubs - I want to get there someday too. At the moment I feel almost like it's a bit of a hit and miss affair when it comes to keywords but I suppose I should give myself a bit of a break - I guess traffic doesn't come in overnight.

Hey @bdegiulio, its so nice to meet ya, its definitely a tough thing to do, especially if your a long winded writer. I guess I can blame my mom for that, she use to always talk my brains out lol, and lecture me on life all the time. Plus I use to love reading so much many years back in school, and also way after I was done with college.

I think being a long winded person isn't quite so bad, if its placed into the right channels such as writing, now as for hubpages though it works against some of us writers though, because folks may not want to tackle reading the longest written hubs, unless they are very well written.

Thanks for the cool visit and for the kind words you left me, I will make sure to pay you a visit soon as well, I make sure to do so for those I never met before, and almost immediately if I can.
