How and When to use Keywords

It is important to understand that using too many keywords can hurt your ranking in search engines. This is called keyword stuffing and is frowned upon by search engines and will actually make the search engine bots ignore your content. An appropriate keyword density is a highly debated topic, but most can agree that the sweet percentage is somewhere around 5%. It's also understood by experts that the title, subtitles and first paragraph of your page is where keywords will have the most benefits so it is important for them to appear in this area.
