Affiliate marketing is the process of promoting another company's products or services for a commission.

Affiliate marketing is great and so practical because it's so simple and a transparent model for earning an income online. It's not about joining some pyramid scheme or mlm where you have to recruit people to sell random products which are really a pain!

You create a useful, themed website that provides information, and then casually recommend products that are related to your topic without making it spammy (is that a word?).

Here's an example, if your interest is in electronics, you could become an affiliate reviewing laptops. You could join Best Buy's affiliate program and earn a commission when someone purchases a TV based on the link that Best Buy provides you to advertise. Normally every company that has an online store will have the ability to sign up as an affiliate.

You should be very careful and strategically place information that is content rich and actually is dependable information for the person that may be interested. It is a waste of time to throw a bunch of random information at the audience you are pursuing, it will never work. You have to start by building credibility so it is important that you know what you are talking about. Many people get angry when the item is thrown around constantly that you are trying to sell, it is best to sneak it in here and there to plant a seed of interest for the reader.

Here's a link for example, it is real and it is about affiliate marketing

So whatever your interest is, you would search the different affiliate networks and look for products that relate to your interest. There will be an affiliate code that is available once you click on the promote button, or build link button. That is what will need to be copy and pasted into the area where your product will be promoted, whether is be a website, social media, or anywhere else you are driving traffic. Once your product is promoted you can refer back to your profile page that was originally created to become an affiliate to see the statistics for the items, and these things would include hops (visits or clicks), how many people have actually purchased the product, and how many people have requested a refund, and how the item is trending as well as the conversion rate or percentage.

There are a number of sites that you can use such as clickbank, amazon, and many many others. I can provide many more if interested, just go to my website and take a look at the list at I explain in a little more depth the nature of the beast as far as signing up and tips and tricks to getting the traffic driven to your products. I do have educational information for sale on my website if interested as well, and these are different courses that help develop strategies that will walk people through in detail how to make money with affiliate marketing. All sites are normally free to join and only take a few minutes.

The opportunities are endless with affiliate marketing, realistically you can expect around $10 $20 a day for the first few months but as the information put together for your product circulates you can earn a very good living! I am not there yet but many affiliate marketers in less then 3 years are making over $100,000 a month! I am definitely not there yet but I like to set my goals high, and hope to someday be there! If your promoting clickbank products then you should shoot for no less then 50% commission and MUST have a recurring pay from that product as you get paid if more money is spent after that person has signed up for that product.

All in all affiliate marketing can be very lucrative. I am very happy with the results that I have received from the work that I have put in. I am always available to help anyone and would love to share ideas. I would love to share my success and knowledge with people, because I feel what you put out in the world will be reciprocated back. Along with my website is the link to the affiliate program that will help make money if interested, just click below if so. Again my email is Thanks!
