Organised

Organised

How good you are at keeping things it there right place, being organised. Knowing where things are when you need them most. Does one member of the family organise the rest of the family or are you all about the same as one another. Putting away important documents away around the home and knowing where they are when you need them.

I'm Hopeless

I must admit I’m hopeless at keeping things together in their right place. I’m my own worst nightmare when I have to look for something that I need. Whether be it keys or documents knowing where they are when I need them. I don’t know why I’m like that because when I have to look for something, and it takes me so long at times. I’m going to be more organised, it works for some time and then is back to normal. But in my working life (job) I know were the last nut and bolt is it’s always tidy without a thing out of place.

Why is it that I’m so tidy and know where things are at work were as at home it’s not. Am I to tidy and organised at work and just can’t be bothered at home. I have paper work here, paper work there, bills for that there and so. I’ve sent most of my time the other week looking for my car insurance certificate, which I can’t find. Maybe I’ll just over looked it, gone by it several times and not realizing it. It’s so madding when it happens, just can’t see for looking.

I’m going to be more organised and put things away in there right place, where I can go to them straight away, without spending sometimes hours looking and looking again. Maybe it because life seems so busy what you don’t have time, I’m always seemed to be in so much of a hurry to take my time doing things. You just put things down, thinking I’ll deal with that later when I get home, but you never do. You’re always in a rush to do something else and then totally forgetting about it.

Is it something like “jackal and hide”, living two life’s, you get in the car to go to work and you turn into, master organised and them on returning home you turn back to master unorganised. As from today, I’m going to be more organised, put away important documents so that in future if and when needed, then I’ll know where they are. I don’t know how long it will last but I hope it will. Just don’t want to go looking for something for hours when I could be doing something else instead.

Some Idea's

How do you become more organised with things, is it something that we are born with? Some people are more tidy than others, it not that I can’t be bothered, I just seem to get sided tracked. When I’ve tidy round the place is looking good, it often takes me ages to find the things I need. I can’t remember what or where I put them. Do you have the same problem? Is it just men, who are like this, but no I know someone who was so organised, it was unreal.

Most of us feel like we don't have enough time to get everything done. Making lists is good organisation to get things done. Start with a plan of getting organised and seeing the plan through. Time management is also important to getting organised, if you are so well organised at work, like me, you could use that in the home to. Set goals to getting things done one step at a time, things so are never done over night. Once you are organised stay on top of it and keep your life organised, life will be better from doing so. It’s always hard to start with and we often wonder how we got so unorganised in the first place.

Take care have fun.

Nice hub, Arren. I can relate to looking for something a whole week. Thanks for sharing.

(might I suggest that you recategorize your hub to make it easier for people who are interested in this topic to find it - just a suggestion...)
