What makes you choose to follow another hubber?

I have come across quite a few members on here who are following hundreds of other hubbers. I can only speak for myself, but I barely have enough time to write my own hubs, let alone time to read every hub that is published by all of the people that I follow. I will only follow someone if I liked reading the things that they have wrote, and if I will be looking forward to reading the future things they write. I won't follow someone just because they are following me. It seems dishonest, and unfair to other hubbers, to follow them when you don't have interest in reading their hubs.

That is a method I use as well, although I am still trying to pull it all together and categorize things once I reach 50 hubs.
