Post it on Tweeter  and  Facebook, assuming that you are registered with them, if not, then register with them, it's simple and quick.

Post the link to your hub to:
    IMAutomator
    Shetoldme
    Redgage
    Traffup

These sites allow you to post links after you register with them. They are free to join.

Don't forget to activate you Adsense, Hubpages Ads and Amazon

Respond in kind, to those who took the time to comment on your hub and welcome you here.

All other condiderations aside, rating, key words, google......etc..........THIS is about a community interaction.

This is about building and perfecting your style, learning what matters to your readers ( though not a popularity contest), this is a field for growth as a writer.  You can not grow and learn without those who give you encouragement and feedback.......

Even a weed needs more than mere dirt!

Welcome to HubPages, you are in the company of many good people and writers.

My first suggestion is...  compare your Hub to Hubs that are similar to yours and see why they have the higher Hub scores!
Then go back in and 're-edit' your hub to improve it.
Sure... do all of the technical stuff like the others have suggested but my advise is to become familiar with the way that your Hub Tools work first!
Then write another Hub... and then another... Welcome to HubPages :-)

Read, read, read!  I recommend you start reading through ALL of the Hubpage tutorials, this is a wonderful way of discovering all about what this site has to offer.  Do not be afraid to post questions you may have too.  There are so many helpful Hubbers on the site, and most of them are so glad to help you!  Welcome, to the site too!

Here is a link to the learning center too.
