If I remove (un-publish) a few of my Hubs will my Hub-score drop?
That completely depends on the hubs. There are too many factors involved with hubscore and authorscore, to give you a decisive answer. At the bottom of your statistics page, under "my account", you will find an average # for your collection of hubs. Example: Mine is 76 at present. If I delete hubs under that average, then it would make sense that the score on my profile would go higher. It's not guaranteed to work, but on that page it is based on an average.
As far as I can tell, my hub score has never dropped from getting rid of unpublished hubs. They were never published, so they never effected your score anyways
No, not necessarily. It depends upon the quality of your hubs. I have 3 hubs that are unpublished of which my 1st article is of excellent quality content which gets its traffic from 100% referring sites and is called " Daily Nuggets Moment Ambassador Brandon Butler " that have 44: 30 days views and 1665 ever total pageviews, 2nd article is of high quality content and is called " Crossover to the other side of death. Ambassador Butler " that have 407: 30 days views and 1042 ever total pageviews from April 16, 2011 A.D. that is on the Top Listings and 3rd on the list on besthubpages.com that is also on page 1 of Google. 3rd article is of high quality content and is called " Reasons why you do not want to go to hell. Ambassador Butler " that have 254: 30 days views and 302 ever total pageviews from May 8, 2011 A.D. For a grand total of 705: 30 days views and 3009 ever total pageviews for my 3 articles. 1st article: 64 hub score, 2nd article: 74 hub score, 3rd article: 78 hub score. Excellent numbers for my 3 articles and I have hit an Grand slam home run with my 3 articles. I am batting 1000% with my 3 articles with an average of 1003 pageviews per hub and rising steadily with no end in sight thanks to the 100% referring sites traffic to my 0 hubs which is my 3 articles. Can you average over 1000 pageviews on every single hub that you have written that may be in the tens, hundreds, thousands, that you might have and I have done this with only 3 hubs one right after the other within 12 months. This must be a record with hubpages for the least numbers of hubs and having over 1000 pageviews average combine with all of your hubs in the shortest amount of time. Something to think about and say that it is amazing. Laughing out loud and around the world in 8 countries and 11 cities through 100% referring sites for my 3 articles.
I have never lost any points from my hubber score from unpublishing hubs. Usually they would be lower performers anyway.

There rest of it with 13 hubs hitting 3 to 10 pageviews per day and 1 hub with 0 views most of the time. I am worry that when the World Cup is over, so will my traffic...

Whats up with my 70% drop in pageviews over the last few weeks? Mostly hubbers are missing.Over the last couple of weeks I have experienced a 70% drop in pageviews. Most of the loss was from fellow hubbers not viewing...am I not showering enough? Bad breath? Offensive...

After 6 months on the site i've started the really wonder how many backlinks is a reasonable number to any hub, and really to a hub becoming successful? Or is it simply a lottery. What kind of figures do other hubbers consider?
