Hub hopping is mostly a way for you to be a moderator. We all have to look out for this site to make it stay successful. If you see something that is poorly written with lots of spelling and grammar errors - vote it down.
If you see something that just looks like it's . . . .spam, and was only published in order to "game the search engines," and has no true integrity or art to it, flag it as spam.
The moderators know their jobs - and if you flag something as spam they'll look at it eventually, and if they agree that it is spam, then it'll be taken out of circulation.
If Hubpages becomes over ran by spam again - that hurts every single one of us that try to produce quality content here. You help not just yourself, but all the "real" authors here by hoping hubs.
