Why is CPM$ more than earning? why dont we get CPM$? I

yes you are right 1000 impressions and 2$cpm it means that no. of clicks are divided by 1000 impressions and the remaining is given to you like .if you have
1000 impressions and you got 2 clicks than divide 2/1000 and the remaining money is yours.I am using this at
