You have to write your headlines with a benefit in it. It's almost like your telling your readers what they can get by reading what you wrote about.

Most people are benefit lead when they are searching on hub pages so if you can offer them something that can benefit them then they will read it and since the headline or your title is the first thing that they see then you have to write it in a way that it appeals to what they are in need of.

Like your a minister, so from looking at your two hubs that you wrote you will be writing hubs on chrisianity. So you could write a headline that would relate a common problem to a scripture or tell them how a certian scripture would help solve there problem or something like that.

Not trying to tell you how to write or anything but if you could find out what problems people are having and place them in your title to catch there attention and then in the second part of your title explaining why they should read what you have written to help them solve it like "Feeling Condemned By This Unforgiving World-Learn How To Block Condemned Feelings InStantly With These 2 Scriptural Tips" or "Learn Why Sometimes Keeping Your Mouth Out Of Something Can Keep You Out Of Trouble" or something like that. (Probably not the best examples but I hope you get the jist of what I am trying to say Kind of be sneaky with it but in the article state your point)

Like I said people love to get something that will help them and you have to know how to sell your help to them or rather make them want to listen.

It would help to learn what keyword research is and how to implement it into your hubs to help you get traffic as well.

Also you can participate and leave feedback on other hubs that are relevant to what you like to write about and join there fan clubs as well that way when ever you publish they know by way of email.

Lastly participate and study the forum where you can learn many tricks and give help to which will get you known at hub pages.

I hope this helped and if there is anyone that is reading this that can add more value to it then please by all means do.

And Brother Jayday1950 if you need any help I'm here to help bro feel free to email me If your a man of God then your a friend of mine...

    Welcome to Hub Pages!!!

you have to really think of a "hot" topic... making many uninteresting hubs are worthless...i mean you are already spending hours to write a hub, why not write a hot one right ;p

anyway, hubbing is a cycle.. you gotta do things steps by steps..dont be in a hurry, be patient and enjoy your hot hubs ;p

    happy hubbing!

You have to write more than just two get get people to start noticing you.

Your titles will help get people to read what you write.

Also, give it a little time - often they don;t get read until the next day. Immediate response is for twitter.

You must publish your hubs so they are visible to others.
