Can you have your blog on hub pages and have it on a weebly site or any other.
You can publish here and then put it on another site but you have to reference that you have already published it here. It has to be here first or they will reject it.
The only thing that you can do is to post links on as many sites as you wish, but you cannot post the article itself. It must only be on HubPages and nowhere else. Even if you publish first on HubPages and then on another site. Citing a reference that it was first published on HubPages does not work!
A way to get around this is to edit (change) the article; different words a different spin and so on.
HubPages prides itself in only having original content and Google frowns upon what they consider duplicate articles.
This was intituted about a little more than a year ago and you can read more by visiting the help section under the TOS
You can't have a blog on HubPages. HubPages is not a blogging site. You write individual, magazine-style articles on HubPages. This Hub explains the difference:

If you mean, can you write the same material on your blog and in HubPages articles, the answer is no - anything you write on HubPages must be original and must not appear anywhere else on the internet, even if it belongs to you.

Hey everyone, I wanted to copy and paste my gaming articles on a Gameskinny site too. Is that allowed or will hubpages pick it up as a copied article since the content will be same but on different sites?

This is odd but I'm not complaining. My latest hub got processed in 3 hours instead of 48 hours and got published/featured on HP today. I think it's a personal best. Has it happened to you and how long did it take?
