HP instructions are to vote an answer up if it adds to a question, down if it does not. When I see an answer that answers a question, I will vote up, even if I do not personally agree with the answer. It seems others vote down simply bc they do not agree with a thought. Do you vote according to HP directions, "Please vote up an answer if it adds to the discussion, or vote it down if it does not. You cannot flag an answer, but if an answer receives enough down votes compared to up votes, then it will become hidden." Or, do you try to censor opinion that conflicts with yours by voting down?
