I would say by posting them only once to your social networks (pins, facebook, google+ etc) and also not only sharing just stuff you write, but other things also. I am on pinterest for example, and I do pin my hubs (and it brings a lot of traffic) but I also pin other things from around the web and have my boards arranged nicely and people enjoy a variety of pins from me so it doesn't just come off as shameless self-promotion. :)
Same with Facebook, I may share and add a little personal note like I just wrote this hub and thought some of you might be interested in it because of x and such. Enjoy! This lets people know I am thoughtful in my writing and thinking of helping others and solving problems - not just in it for attention or whatever.
There's a fine line sometimes between genuinely helpful and "spammy"... don't cross that line and you'll be fine.
