Unpublished hub for bad picture quality

I got an email saying one of my hubs was unpublished because of a low quality picture. Is this common? I didn't know that could happen

I figured this out- when you put pictures up that are too big - this happens. I srink the pictures and all is well. I had gotten another warning on a differnt hub and this fixed it

Pixelated means that the pixels are visible - the photo lacks clarity - is fuzzy. Don't unpublish your work - ask for clarification and fix it!
