What do you usually do when someone posts a comment in your hub but attaches a not-so-relevant link?

If someone just post a link (without leaving any remarks related to the hub), we often deny the comment immediately. But what if, a hubber/reader posts a sensible comment, but leaves some link to his articles/blog posts that isn't exactly relevant to your hub? Do you approve it? Or deny it?

I agree, also because the number of malicious links that may harm computers seems to be increasing; I've found several of those in comments.
